The silicone dilator material is amazingly comfortable and approachable. I have only used the smallest one yet, (as recommended in the FAQs on how to size was very helpful) but the whole experience with Intimate Rose has been positive. I love the videos to guide me through the week by week processes are super supportive and I truly feel like I’m not alone on this path. I purchased a set of four plus one individual item to create a 'progression' on my therapist's recommendation. The shipping packaging was plain and discreet, which was appreciated. I am very impressed by the quality of the products - medical grade silicone - and the lubricant. You don't need much of that! :) There is also a nice pouch in which to store the items as well as many useful online video tutorials and info segments. I have found them so far to be easy to use and very effective as I recuperate from radiation treatment. I am grateful that these were available to me at such a reasonable price.
I was so nervous to start using these but the super smooth silicone and the shape made it so easy to use. Been working with them for a few weeks and have made awesome progress. Definitely recommend over the hard plastic ones. Totally worth it
I am so happy with my purchase. I have been using the dilators every other night for about a week and I’ve already noticed a difference with intercourse. You can use your FSA to purchase these and I highly recommend trying them out if you were suffering from vaginismus!
